All GO Card sales are final
GO Cards are non-redeemable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable.
PSTA and its agents assume no responsibility for lost, stolen, damaged, or mutilated cards.
Passengers with unreadable GO Cards will be required to pay the full fare before boarding the bus.
PSTA is not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.
A shipping and handling fee of $2.00 will be added to all online purchases.
